I was sent the wrong size. When I contacted the agent, they challenged me on the facts. The agent said, and I quote, "we never get it wrong". I kept asking myself, why would I say that I got the wrong size knowing full well that I'd have to, at some point, prove it. I don't believe I got the return information either.
