Shipping Policy

Festim Mena ships orders to the countries and regions available at checkout. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout before payment.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time depends on the destination, shipping carrier, and selected shipping method.

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at amatory_caverns_5m@icloud.com.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us and we will help review the issue with the carrier where possible.
